Pilates Mat Class- You do not need any knowledge of Pilates to take a Mat Class.  I supply mats and any equipment we might use.  Please make sure I know you are coming to a class as I reserve the right to schedule a private session rather than leave the hour open if I don't have anyone signed up for a class. 
Drop in fee: $15  Sign up for 6 classes: $72*
*I happily give people who sign up for a series of 6 classes a bit of a discount.  Please plan carefully when signing up for a series.  The series is good for 7 weeks.  I understand that things can come up on a Saturday, but this special price is for people who can make a commitment.  I have taken many university classes at far greater cost and no professor has ever made up a class for me if I did not show up.  If you cannot come, you can have someone come in your place.

Yoga for Osteoporosis Prevention- Learn the 12 poses that reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis.  Many of my clients have improved their bone density after training with me.  Now, I have read about an ongoing study at Columbia University about yoga poses that seems to prove that yoga performed on a regular basis is good for bone building!  The poses are very pleasant and the class will invigorate you.  The clients who are already doing these poses notice less back pain, better balance, better posture and a feeling of wellbeing.   30 minute class.
  $10  You will be able to participate in this class no matter what shape you are in. You do not need to be particularly flexible.  There are modifications for most of the poses.
